Our goal is to perfectly match the Task Force individuals with our Clients property and position so that successful results can be quickly achieved. This requires that certain skills and experience be possessed by our Task Force individuals which mirror the position requirements they will be temporarily leading.  We strive to place Task Force individuals into a project that draws upon the operating systems, management company experience and property level complexities uniquely possessed by our Task Force representatives and which they can utilize in order to drive the key metric goals of each project.  

Each Task Force assignment and location is unique so the average project billing rates for Hospitality positions that PeakStar Consulting can fill do range based upon the type of position, complexity of the position, required tenure and geographical location of the project. In addition to the project billing rates, charges for other allowances may apply depending upon the needs of the project. 

Once a Task Force profile and assessment has been completed by the Client, the exact project billing rate for that Task Force project will be determined based on the criteria & goals which the client has presented to us.
