Billing rates for Task Force staffing is dependent on multiple factors and criteria. Our goal is to match the Task Force staffing with the property & position so that successful results can be quickly achieved. This requires that certain skills and experience be possessed by our Task Force staff which mirror the position requirements they will be temporarily filling. In most cases, we strive to place Task Force staffing into a position that draws upon the Operating Systems, Management Company experience and Property Level complexities that is represented by the hospitality environment they will be working within.  *PeakStar Consulting does utilize the use of Independent Contractors.  The utilization of such Independent Contractors would be based on the complexity &  time frame of each project and subject to the clients pre-approval of such staffing.
